This website is operated by Unhinged Brats. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Unhinged Brats. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Account Terms

  • By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

  • You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

  • A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

  • Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (Razorpay/Instamojo). We do not store your financial data.

3. Product Descriptions and Print-on-Demand

  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store.

  • Because our products are Print-on-Demand, you acknowledge that slight variations in color and placement are normal and do not constitute a defect.

  • We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

4. Order Acceptance and COD

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we utilize the ReLeasit Form and may require phone or SMS verification before your order is sent to printing.

  • If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (Qikink or their partners).

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Our Return and Refund policy is strictly governed by the custom nature of our products.

  • We do not accept returns for size changes or "change of mind".

  • Verified defects must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

7. Prohibited Uses

  • In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • In no case shall Unhinged Brats, our directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction specifically held in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
