Refund policy

Our Commitment At Unhinged Brats, we strive to provide you with high-quality, ironic gear that hits the mark. Because our products are custom-printed especially for you the moment you place an order, we do not maintain an inventory of pre-made items.

1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will make it right at no additional cost to you.

  • Reporting Period: You must report any defects or damages within 5 days of receiving your package.

  • Requirements: To process a replacement, we require clear photos or an unboxing video showing the defect.

  • Resolution: Once the defect is verified with our fulfillment partner, we will ship a replacement to you free of charge.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Size & Change of Mind)

Because each shirt is printed on demand based on your specific order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Size Issues: Please refer to our Size Chart carefully before ordering, as we cannot restock items ordered in the wrong size.

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if you simply no longer want the design or changed your mind.

3. Refund Process

In cases where a replacement is not possible for a verified defective item:

  • Timing: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 days.

  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI once you provide the necessary details.

4. Delivery Issues

  • Wrong Address: If an incorrect address is provided, the package will be returned to the warehouse. Any reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package goes unclaimed, it will be held in the warehouse for up to 100 days before being handled according to our partner's disposal policy.
