The "Brat" Speed: Custom Made for You.

At Unhinged Brats, we don’t believe in mass-produced waste. Every single item you order is printed and packed specifically for you the moment you hit "order." This means it takes a few extra days to arrive, but it’s worth the wait for something custom-made.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Printing Time: Because we print on demand, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be printed and quality-checked before it leaves our facility.

  • Working Days: Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is dispatched, the delivery time depends on your location within India:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Remote Areas: Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.

Note: Total estimated time from order to doorstep is usually 7–12 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping of ₹50 on all orders.

  • Free Shipping: All orders above ₹ 999 qualify for FREE Standard Shipping across India.

4. Real-Time Tracking

We believe in transparency. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS notification with a live tracking link. You can track your "unhinged" gear every step of the way from our facility to your door.

6. Address Changes & Redirects

Please double-check your shipping address! Once an order has moved into the printing phase, we cannot change the delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee will apply to send it back out to you.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Unhinged Brats only ships within India. We’re working on bringing our chaos to the rest of the world soon.
